Elevated above the tranquil spa and mountain resort of Waltersdorf in the Zittau Mountains is our residence "Am Sonnenhübel," featuring a total of 4 holiday apartments. Right on the hiking trail and the nature park garden, it boasts an excellent yet quiet location in the town center.

You can expect a approximately 24 m² studio on the ground floor, furnished in country house style, with a double bed (160x200 cm), as well as a modern mini-kitchen and a bathroom with shower and WC.

Your direct neighborhood is characterized by the regionally typical half-timbered houses, inviting exploration. Right outside your door, you will find a nature trail, a children's playground, direct access to hiking paths, and extensive parking options. Tourist information is available at the nature park house with an associated coffee roastery just 500 m away. Along the way, you will find restaurants, shopping options, and various attractions. For bad weather days, excursions to the nearby Trixi-Bad Großschönau or the surrounding museums are recommended.
